• Paste a tape over your nail bed. Ensure that it covers the widest part of your nail bed.
• Mark the widest part of your nail bed.
• Remove tape from your nail and use a ruler to measure the distance between the marked lines.
• Repeat for all nails.

• Measure the widest part of your nail bed.
• Repeat for all nails.
